If for any reason you did not like our product,follow the steps below and acquire you refund.

RETURNS

 Go to My Account (if you have an account) or Guest Tracking (if you made a purchase as a guest)

  • Login in or enter your Guest information (email address and order number and chose a password at the bottom of the page)
  • Access the "Orders History" section of your account.
  • Select the order from which you wants to return an item.
  • Select the product(s) that you wish to return by checking the box next to its name(s).
  • Add an explanation, in order for us to better understand why you want to return this product.
  • Click "Make an RMA Slip"
  •  After we aprove your return you will receive an email notification. Please login to My Account and go to "My Merchandise Returns" .   Under Return Slip click on Print Out and follow the instructions

!!!  We don’t issue REFUNDS unless you acquired RMA code in advance.


        All items must be in their original package, unworn, with all original tags and labels intact. No returns or exchange will be approved if the shoes or the packaging are damaged or otherwise distressed. Send your return to the address we provided to you with your RMA code number.  Make sure you send the return no later than 15 days from the day you received it. When you ship the package back to us, make sure to get a tracking number. Pletuko Baby Shoes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
   

        We will process your return within 5 business days from receiving it . Depending on the type of payment you used, it could take more than one billing cycle for the refund to appear in your billing statement. We do not refund shipping and handling charges.  All postal fees associated with the return are your responsibility.  If the item is purchased on Clearance, it is considered final sale, and is therefore not refundable.

EXCHANGE

    Please Contact Us and provide your order reference number ,as well as the item and size for the exchange. Send your item to be exchanged to the address we will provide to you in the email with your EMA code number.
!!! We don’t issue exchanges unless you acquired EMA code in advance.

     All items to be exchanges must be returned in their original package, unworn, with all the tags and labels attached.    Provide the following information with your exchange package: 

          -  first and last name
          -  phone number
          -  exchange number and date purchased
          -  item and size for the exchange

     We will process your exchange within 5 business days from receiving it . It can take up to two weeks to receive the new item. All postal fees associated with the exchange are your responsibility.  We will ship the exchange package for free when you exchange the first time. If you are exchanging for second time, please include a check or money order with the related shipping charge as per our shipping rates. We will not ship the exchange order, if the shipping charge has not been included.

    If the item you exchange is cheaper than the one you would like to exchange for, please include check/money order with the difference. We will not ship the exchange order if the payment difference has not been covered. We do not offer free shipping on exchange of international orders. Please, include shipping charge as per your original shipping cost. See international shipping rates .
